2018-2022
To get the project off to a great start, I organized a design sprint. We assembled a team of designers, developers and other stakeholders to identify the goals of the project and to determine what outcomes were needed. We made sure everyone was on the same page so we were able to work together towards a common goal during the next months.
The goal was to redesign the billing section of My Swisscom web and app to be truly mobile-first. Over 65% of all visitors interact with My Swisscom to check their bills and costs. As the most used area of My Swisscom the billing section needed to be updated to meet customer expectations.

We needed a new illustration style guide to enhance communication with customers and add some more Swissness and friendliness to Swisscom’s UIs. The new illustration style guide also aims to present difficult information in a visually appealing and less frustrating manner.
Coordinating the creation of the new style guide with brand, head of design, external agencies and our trainees.
